Having helped raise thousands of dollars for charities such as St. Jude Children’s Hospital and the Junior Diabetes Research Foundation, Finneus believes in sharing their talent for the benefit of others.

As part of their commitment, each year, Finneus embarks on a proactive campaign to help St. Jude Children’s Hospital by raising funds for the St. Jude Peoria Run. St. Jude is dedicated to treating and finding cures for childhood cancer and other life threatening diseases.  Spearheaded by Dave Bucher, lead singer of Finneus and avid runner, the band donates a significant amount of time and energy annually to help raise money for the cause.  In March 2012, the band recorded a song and video to help spread awareness.
